Match Preview
Birmingham v Man Utd
Sir Alex Ferguson will have his four big-name strikers available for the first
time in the Barclays Premiership game at Birmingham.
Louis Saha has come through two reserve team outings during the international
break without suffering a recurrence to his knee injury and is part of the squad
which will travel to St Andrews.
Paul Scholes could also return after his recent groin problem and Ferguson has
no injury concerns from the 18 men who spent the last week on international
duty.
Birmingham will be without five senior players for the visit of manager Steve Bruce's former club.
Muzzy Izzet, Stephen Clemence, Stan Lazaridis, long-term injury victim Mikael Forssell and Clinton Morrison are all ruled out to leave Bruce with only 17 players.
Morrison will undergo a cartilage operation on Monday and is expected to be sidelined for a month with the injury suffered on World Cup duty for the Republic Of Ireland.
