Portsmouth v Tottenham

Robbie Keane is expected to be fit for Tottenham's trip to Portsmouth on Monday night despite taking a nasty blow to the ankle in the Republic of Ireland's World Cup qualifier against the Faroe Islands.

Spurs head coach Jacques Santini has midfielder Michael Carrick available for selecton for the first time since his move from West Ham but is missing two midfielders.

Sean Davis is still out with a knee injury while Jamie Redknapp will miss the game at Fratton Park through suspension.

Erik Edman has not trained this week after suffering a blow to the head against Everton but will be assessed when the players return to training.

Portsmouth manager Harry Redknapp is waiting on injured centre-backs Arjan de Zeeuw (knee) and Dejan Stefanovic, who have both vowed to return quicker than expected.

Full-back John Curtis is back from a month's loan at Preston and on stand-by but another defender, Eddie Howe, has been allowed to extend his loan at Bournemouth to a third month.

Scotland midfielders Nigel Quashie and Richard Hughes both missed out on the action for their country in midweek and should be fit but Steve Stone (Achilles) is still struggling.
